Hank Whitethorne, Bracelet, Eagle, Multi Stone Inlay, Navajo Handmade, 6 5/8"

Description

Navajo artist Hank Whitethorne lives in a very remote part of the Navajo Reservation. A place that holds onto the traditions of the Navajo People. It is only fitting that Hank's work is so different from anything else you see being made, a style not influenced by another's work, original art. This cuff is an incredible piece of art that looks like it came out of a Fantasy world, one that is filled with magical powers. Hank has fashioned the silver to resemble the powerful Eagle and filled the stunning overlay silver with lapidary art. You will find a mix of stones that include lapis, jet, coral, spiny oyster shell and turquoise stones. I can't imagine anything else like this in the world, a piece that will be the highlight of any authentic handmade Navajo wearable art collection.
