Ernest Rangel, Earrings, Square stones, Purple Spiny Oyster Shell, Navajo Handmade, 1 1/2"

Description

When spring comes to the Four Corners after a winter filled with snow the landscape can bloom. Imagine dark red dirt with purples, yellows, reds and oranges blossoming on it, the site is magical. Navajo artist Ernest Rangel is inspired by the area and has created the perfect earring. He uses an oxidizing technique to enhance the color of the silver and the stones. Then he gives it a slight mirror shine so all will see it. Ernest makes the design in all turquoise, onyx, shells and coral. Plus, we have a number of these if you need more than just one. Feel free to check out the other pieces of art made by Ernest.
