Navajo Handmade Bracelet, Morenci Turquoise, Circa 1960s, Signed JL, 6 5/8"
One of the best things about these incredible old pieces of handmade Native American jewelry is the stones. You can almost always count on them having some impressive pieces of American rocks. This circa 1960s Navajo cuff has three pieces of Arizona's legendary Morenci Turquoise. The center piece is a huge rock that measures over 3" long. Each collectible stone has that legendary rich blue color with matrix, the center stone and one side stone have cracks, but it appears to not be an issue. You will be blown away by the size of this cuff. The stones are surrounded by fancy wire work and tamping. A large shank finishes the piece and has that popular aged patina. This bracelet is a big piece and has that all-Navajo look, a perfect piece to show off your Southwest style and appreciation of authentic Native American wearable art.
