Mary Morgan, Bracelet, Wide, Mediterranean Coral, Channel Inlay, Navajo, 6 1/4"
Mary Morgan, Bracelet, Wide, Mediterranean Coral, Channel Inlay, Navajo, 6 1/4"
Navajo artist Mary Morgan made great pieces for the Tobe Turpen/Perry Null Trading Post since the 1950s. This incredible artist made them the old traditional way, to last. You will be blown away by this wide cuff that is filled with cuts of light and dark red Mediterranean Coral. The stone radiates against the mirror polish of the sterling silver. Each stone is set in a channel inlay style with thick strips of sterling silver separating all 40 cuts of coral. Make sure the measurements work because you will not be able to bend this massive inlay piece. Just like the great pieces of the 1970s, this one was meant to be worn and shown off. A great addition to any collection of great First American art.
