Donovon Cadman, Pendant, Lapis, Sterling Silver, Navajo, 3"
Donovon Cadman, Pendant, Lapis, Sterling Silver, Navajo, 3"
The best thing about longevity is that you collect some pretty cool stuff over the years. Tobe Turpen Sr. opened this trading post in 1939. After the war, Junior started to take over and changed the post into more of a retail business. That meant silver and stone, and he began buying turquoise cabs. That is the story behind many of the classic American stones we give out to silversmiths. Navajo artist Donovon Cadman sets the lapis stone right in the center of this stamped silver pendant. You will love the traditional stamp work that fills the piece. A stamped bail finishes the pendant, one that will look great on leather or silver.
