Kary Begay, Bracelet, Ketoh, Godber-Burnham Turquoise, Navajo Made, 6 5/8”
Description
Every now and then it happens. A perfect combination of turquoise and silver. Navajo artist Kary Begay got her hands on an incredible piece of Godber-Burnham Turquoise. This Nevada stone has a classic nugget cut that shows off the rich blue of the rock perfectly. You are going to love the way the webbed matrix flows through the thick stone. Kary uses a traditional Navajo design to showcase the collectible piece of turquoise. It is called a Ketoh and spreads out into four directions with the tails of the Water Bird. The Ketoh sits on a five-wire mirror shined bracelet shank that was made for comfort. Like all of her work, this one will impress.
