Berra Tawahongva, Ring, Snake Dance, Kokopelli, Hopi Handmade, 12 1/2
Hopi artist Berra Tawahongva was named for another legendary Berra. The Yankees might be the most storied baseball team with some of the most famous players. Yogi Berra was a very popular Yankee and that is who Berra was named for. This ring is beautifully done in traditional Hopi overlay. Berra has given the ring a unique wide and open design. You will find the Kokopelli dancing in the belly of the large twisting snake and surrounded by other Hopi inspired designs. The Hopi perform the sacred Snake Dance annually and the popular event sparks the imagination of all outsiders, especially since it is closed to the public.
