Edison Sandy Smith, Pendant, Eagle, Stamping, Silver, Navajo Handmade, 2 1/16"
When you visit Navajo silversmith Edison Sandy Smith at his workbench you are amazed by the number of different tools and stamps he uses. His designs are so unique and all made by combining stamp designs that work together to create his desired piece. This time he uses a collection of stamps to turn a piece of shaped silver into a magnificent eagle pendant. You will notice how the stamps make the feathers of the majestic bird and the bump outs the body and head. Edison has made a number of original designs that are the inspiration behind many other silversmiths.
