Philander Begay, Bracelet, New Mexico Pueblo, Turquoise, Navajo Handmade, 7 1/4"
Navajo tufa cast artist Philander Begay made this magnificent cuff. The bracelet has lots of style. Philander displays a New Mexico pueblo village from one end to the other. In the background you will find tightly carved lines that brings your attention to the piece of deep blue turquoise, meant to be the glowing moon. The design was created by carving the scene from tufa stone, a technique used since the beginning of Navajo silver was crafted. This is a magnificent cuff, one that will look fabulous on.
