Artist Kee Yazzie is both Navajo & Hopi and that shows in this magical rock art inspired buckle. You will find Hopi symbols right besides those thought to be more Navajo. Look closely because this fascinating buckle is filled with a variety of cut out designs. Kee creates this style by using two pieces of thick sterling silver, one with cutout designs on another heavy bottom plate of silver. This was made into a belt buckle, a great way to show your appreciation of Native American culture and celebrate the rock art history of the Navajo and Hopi.
