Navajo tufa cast artist Kelsey Jimmie learned his craft in the workshop of Darryl Dean Begay. His work is about perfection, polishes, design, and technique. That is what he learned from his teacher. He makes his silver using a tufa stone and that allows the work to have a beautiful earth sand texture. This stunning ring has been fashioned after the New Mexico Zia. Kelsey places a stunning piece of Chinese Turquoise in the center. You are going to appreciate how long he makes the four directions of the Zia and the comfortable tapered ring band.
