Arland Ben
INTRODUCTION
Navajo silversmith Arland Ben is a man of many worlds. He grew up in the Four Corners area, but would eventually head to California where he completed his junior and senior high school years, only returning home in the summers. After that would follow a college education in Utah. Then starting his part-time silversmith career. Along the way he'd compete in rodeos, wrestling, coaching, raise two boys and get some screen time in major Hollywood productions. Arland lives a full life and that is expressed through his art.
