Zuni artist Andrea Lonjose taught her daughter Tamara the family business. This beautiful hummingbird ring is perfectly done with a mix of shells, jet, turquoise and coral. The piece is filled with incredible detail and the vibrant colors you would expect to find on Andrea Lonjose and now Tamara Pinto piece. You will find the inlaid stones carved to bring the hummingbird to life, a technique Andrea learned from Shirley Benn. We have other works by Tamara if you are interested.
