Award-winning Navajo artist Vernon Haskie has used the turtle design in many different creations. This pendant is a fascinating piece that combines deep red Mediterranean Coral stones and rich Blue Bird Turquoise. The two American rocks have a pleasing sky blue color that is almost free of any matrix. Vernon inlays the coral and the stones are cabs that create not only a nice contrast in color but also appearance. The silver has been given turtle skin design and finished with a mirror shine. You will notice the solid weight of the piece as soon as you take it out of the box. Finished with a great size bail that will accommodate many different styles of necklaces.
