Larry Moses Begay, Necklace, Earring, Cluster Blossom, Kingman, Navajo, 34"

Description

Navajo artist Larry Moses Begay learned the craft from his father Victor Moses Begay. In a very traditional part of the Navajo Nation, Lukachukai, the Begay family has been perfecting cluster jewelry for decades. Larry made this gorgeous squash blossom necklace and earring set. He uses a collection of gorgeous blue-green Kingman Turquoise to fill the naja and eight blossoms. You will find the stones ranging from light to dark blues. All of the pieces hang on sterling silver bench beads. The naja has the hallmark for Larry's work stamped into the backside. You might think about getting this piece with a few other items we have in the online Trading Post by Larry, for the moment. Truly a collectable set to have.
